First time visitor, dined for lunch with family today. Researched web for good Italian, no chain, and not having to go downtown. Had Lasagna, Alfredo, ragu, and chick parm and all were excellent. Salads (with no iceberg) and Minestrone soup were awesome. Personally for me, the lasagna may be the best I’ve ever had. No joke and I have traveled the world, including Italy, and am a “foodie”. Highly recommend this restaurant. It did not disappoint for any member of our party. Staff was friendly and attentive (John was our waiter). Zero complaints. Thank you Paesano’s and staff.
We had a lovely dinner on 9/19/2024. Our table host JoJo was incredible!! Highly recommend the Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parm and Calamari.

Food and wine were good
I love this place the pizza appetizer and alfredo were great. I would say some of their best dishes. Just added the parm to the alfredo and it was perfect. Waitress came to our table and accommodated us accordingly. I didn't feel like we were harassed or left waiting at all. Would come here again. One of the better Italian restaurants in a very interesting building that adds to the aesthetic.

The service and atmosphere were 5 stars. However, once again, the food was terrible. The dish called "Marry Me Chicken" tasted like chicken fried steak from Denny's. It was crusty, greasy, chicken covered with a horrid pasty roux made with too much flour and no flavor. There was perhaps only a teaspoon or so of chopped sundried tomatoes. The sauce sat on top like a scoop of mashed potatoes. To serve such a trite, poorly made internet recipe at a fine restaurant was disappointing. The pasty sauce on the Caprese Ravioli tasted the same but topped with a dry, overcooked piece of chicken. Sadly, the gelato was served half melted and tasted like it had thawed and been refrozen several times. The bread was like jumbo white bread sticks from Olive Garden. This is the 3rd time of paying between $75-$100 for terrible food. Paisanos needs a qualified chef. It is so sad to write this review. I hope they make it as it's a lovely restaurant. They need to ensure a way to serve food worthy of the menu prices. No fine Italian restaurant would place something called "Marry Me Chicken" on their menu.

The staff impressed us with their demeanor. Very professional. Helpful and not excessive. The food speaks for itself. Delicious. Lots of options, even for a vegetarian family, like mine. We would recommend the Pizza Bianca, Eggplant Parmigiana, Caprese Ravioli, and Fettuccine Alfredo. I really appreciate that their meals come with a soup or salad. I would pass on the 3-Cheese corn and the Fried Burrata. They don't have much flavor.

Amazing Italian. Best in Ann Arbor area by a long stretch. Nicest owner. Nicest managers. Nicest wait staff. Madeline is a gem.
Outstanding food made with love. Always super nice to our little ones. We feel like family coming here. We are regulars here for many reasons.

Got the fried burrata, pear salad, seasonal ravioli, chicken soup, marry me chicken and key lime pie. We enjoyed all of the food, and especially enjoyed chatting with our server Zied.
