I purchased a burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side. When I paid for it they charged me for the tortilla. When I asked why. I was told it doesn’t come with a burrito bowl. So what if I ordered the burrito, she said I would not be charged. Doesn’t make any sense! I’m not trying to make a huge deal about it but you never charged for it before. I called a couple of your other locations and they told me that they do not charge for it. Would like a simple explanation.
Someone else picked up my order and they re-made it so quickly. I was grateful to not have to reach out to customer service and eat dinner in a timely fashion. Thank you for making it right! I wonder if your POS WiFi is unsecured as the person who took my order said my first name and last initial and no other orders had a similar name.
