I came into Panda on Sunday 5/24 during the noon lunch rush, and the line was literally out the door. Despite being there alone, the woman working the front never stopped hustling. She stayed friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving the entire time. That kind of work ethic and customer service deserves recognition. Huge shoutout to her for handling the pressure so well!
Honestly I’d love this place if the lines were ever short enough to eat here. Seriously, peak times of the day you’ll expect to wait almost 25-30 minutes for food you can get anywhere else immediately. It sucks! Otherwise the food is great and the service is nice.
I gave 5 stars because I always really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is really friendly & they seem to all work together really well. However, I have stopped going to Panda Express entirely because I don't like that they don't willingly provide customers with sauce cups anymore. This isn't unique to this location so I don't want to punish them for it. This location will at least accommodate me if I ask for one & I can't say the same...
