i recognize im being wholly unreasonable here but man!!! i miss the days when i was the only person who even knew there was a downstairs!!!! i spent so many beautiful hours completely alone in the basement area and it was such a beautiful refuge…… there even used to be a fountain drink machine……. but word got out and now everyone and their mother is down there all the time ? sad!!! anyway it’s a five star Panera and the staff are excellent at handling the absolutely...
