This is my favorite yogurt by far! It's tangy & the pomegranate swirled with the original flavor is the best! Add a few kiwis & strawberries, then it's perfect!
The girl working here did not have a good attitude. Seemed very impatient.. I ordered my drink, the girl then asked me for a tip (LITERALLY!!) which I gave to her… after I paid she then went over to make my drink. Then she made the wrong drink completely and handed it to me with a crappy attitude. I was already annoyed so I didn’t say anything to her. Moral of the story: girl asked me for a tip then gave me the wrong drink!! 🤣
We come to the mall almost every Friday specifically to get my daughter’s favorite ice cream, but the last three times we’ve had a not-so-friendly experience with the same employee.
Today, my daughter was really excited to look at the toppings through the glass, but we noticed everything was covered in bleach, and the employee didn’t say anything until I asked, and was too late cause my daughter’s hands was full all bleach.
She also told us that the mini size only includes one topping, which made my daughter very sad because she usually gets it with popping bubbles, peanut butter cups, and caramel drizzle. Since she said “only one,” my daughter could only choose the popping bubbles.
I offered to pay extra for an additional topping, but she said it wasn’t possible, turned around, and completely ignored us.
Something as simple and joyful as getting ice cream shouldn’t feel disappointing, but unfortunately, the attitude we experienced really changed the moment.
I love the product! But ir is unnecessarily high priced and they give you MUCH less than THEY SAY you get!!!!!! Thet have a scale but fake weigh & don't use.
I busted an employee fake weighing. I asked her to let me see. It was 3 oz short of the 11.9 oz . She then got mad at me.
The pic is how a take home should look (after home froze)
Google them. They have a dishonest history!!!!!
Great selection, kids and adults loved it
Lowkey a bit expensive but the worker steven was really nice and respectful, great service.
After a very depressing waterd down strawberry banana smoothie from a neighboring store. I walk to Pink berry in hopes of a better experience. I talk to the very cute Asian girl waitress and get my amazing smoothie with fast service. I would recommend

I love frozen yogurt and Pinkberry gives you unlimited toppings! The new pomegranate flavor is supper yummy but the Barbie Flavor was not good at all.
So so excited to find a pinkberry near by, well not near by but still happy to find one . the young man was so kind and respectful and helpful . The flavors were amazing and the toppings were so fresh. ♥️
Consistently great! The person in the mall is always helpful and pleasant!

Not open during hours and days that are stated online. Poor management. Not open on Sunday.

I hate to do this but because it was just that bad I have to. I went on my lunch as a first timer. this was horrible. the individual working was rude and I spent almost 8.00 dollars on something that I had to pitch in the trash due to how horrible it was. I was not able to get this refunded or replaced and again, thrown in the trash. I work for the university Hospital and my location is very close to the Mall so I have been thinking of trying pinkberry for a while and I am sorry I did.. maybe had I been able to have my order replaced I would have overlooked this issue but I am sooo DISAPOINTED :(
I love Pinkberry, and unfortunately where I live they’re virtually all shut down, so I was excited to find one still running during my visit to MI. Based on the most recent reviews, I was worried they wouldn’t be open, but thankfully someone was available to help us. The flavor options were very basic and lackluster, but I was grateful to find an operating Pinkberry at all. Aside from the limited flavor selection, my only other complaint is that the fresh toppings were anything but: the strawberries in particular were old, mushy, and there were small fruit flies in the case.
Google says they open at 12 but there was nobody there so i called while standing next to it and no phone rang. When i called the voicemail says they open at 10 am. Why is nobody there then? Was so sad as I never get out that way
