ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM!!! Thank you, HUGS and more Thank-you's for the Amazing customer Service to Alonzo, Aaro'n and staff, with an extra hug to Michael for his kindness. The subs were so so so delicious. We ordered the Italian, A-wreck, and Turkey; all with different toppings And they were PERFECT! I even got my kiddos to eat veggies and like them. This was our first time ordering and definitely won't be our last. 😇 I had to add to this review to COMPLIMENT HAPPY FACES eating YUMMY Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies!! A definite Must Try!

My sister had my girls last night. We just loss my mom and have had so many tough life-changing situations. Weren't expecting to get back so late and definitely tired of pizza for dinner. Discovered a great deal and figured Potbelly was an healthier option. So glad we did. Despite some super strange delivery mishaps, Potbelly went over and beyond to make sure we still received fresh delicious food. The girls loved, loved everything and we're contemplating getting more today. I love this little rustic sandwich shop at Ann Arbor. I bought the prime rib sandwich and I'm having mixed feelings. It's definitely a solid sandwich and the veggies were very flavorful, but I purchased the prime rib sandwich for the prime rib not the veggies and the sandwich was not packing a lot of meat. Overall if they didn't skimp out on the meat this would be one of the best sandwiches I had.

The cashier in this place do his job wearing headphones the attitude of this person is just awful. He is rude, he has some tricks to take people money. If you pay cash look at the money you’re giving him, he would said you gave him less money so he can get your cash and trick you. And if you ask him he would be rude. This restaurant is very good but people like this make feel like I don’t want to come back here anymore

The food here is good, but as a new patron, I didn’t quite understand how the ordering process worked. The white man with dark hair behind the cash register on Friday 3/21 around 11 am was unfriendly and didn’t bother to help me navigate this. Instead, I was looked at like I’m stupid. Customer service here was depressing.

Great place and they are always polite! They always crack jokes and it’s amazing! I saw this one lady tho her name is Rebekah or something that she was being extremely rude to the customers and she frequently goes to harass everyone. It’s ridiculous she does not even work there she works at CVS. Rude woman. But the staff at Potbelly’s is amazing and super nice.
I work right by this place and every time I go in they are rude food is good but the manager at this one tall slender woman I have had issues before I even apologized and it takes the bigger person to apologize and she shrugged her shoulders at me so next time I won't apologize actually I'm never going back at this location I work in customer service and it sucks there I order online and pick up only and I was waiting for my food I set a date and time and I paid for a large drink and I got it while I waited and they yelled out sis you pay for that? I have my uniform on from cvs where I work at and I'm not gonna walk up and just take but I paid for mine and I was on my lunch break and was kinda in a rush to get back and eat with only 30 min to eat we are neighbors tho and they treat me poorly and it's crazy to me but nope this spot for me is a no go I'm gonna tell all my friends too about it

Placed a large lunch order for my office, food was OK, sandwiches lacked flavor and very dry. Delivery was difficult, driver called and stated they did not speak any english. Once I was able to locate the delivery, the driver couldn’t confirm my order, couldn’t communicate directions for signing. Driver arrived on a MoPed with my order smushed in between his legs and on the back. Will not be ordering for again!

I have recently started a new job in Ann Arbor, I have never tried Potbelly so I decided to try it for lunch. My last transaction there was Saturday June 15th, which is still processing in my bank account. Today at 1:06 PM I got a charge from a Potbelly in Chicago, IL. I called the Ann Arbor location before I knew it came from Chicago and spoke with their manager Matt, who said there was no history of that transaction at their location. I finally called my bank and they did confirm the location was indeed in Chicago and did confirm that my card was indeed compromised at the Ann Arbor location considering it is the only Potbelly I have ever visited (which shows in my recent history). Please be careful using your card at their machines or using it there in general because I have only visited a couple times and now my credit card information was stolen by someone.
