In a time of terrible service everywhere, the folks at this Potbelly rock. They're so nice. I always eat in and I've never had a single problem with my food or the service.

Had a delicious wreck wrap and my daughter had a traditional wreck - great service, fresh food, friendly staff and clean.
I accidentally left my purse at a table this morning and the staff found it and kept it safe until my return - nothing was removed from it. So kind and honest. Thank you so so much!
