I had a tempeh rueben that was amazing! We also had the cauliflower wings, Navy lentil soup, and our appetizer was tomato and vegan mozzarella on gluten-free crostini. . Really good food!
Seva in Ann Arbor absolutely blew me away! Hands down, this was the BEST cauliflower I’ve ever had—crispy, perfectly sauced, and packed with flavor. The California scramble was top-tier, and those roasted breakfast potatoes seriously deserve an award of their own. We also had the chickpea wrap, which was just as delicious. I have been going to Seva for the last 20 or so years. Hands down, the best food ever. Every option on the menu is so delicious but most importantly: healthy! Probably my favorite restaurant!
