Waiting 50 minutes for a drink is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Will never return to this store. No other Starbucks in Ann Arbor has this problem.
Just watched Starbucks turn down a truck driver because he walked up to the speaker because the lobby was closed and his truck wouldn’t fit in the drive-through. I find that extremely unacceptable & I’m so disappointed in the amount of money I’ve given this company.
A friend offered to get it for him but at this point he was already mad and didn’t want it. 🥺
Cheerful, friendly staff! Always have my drink out quickly & correctly made! 👍
