We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Got our coffee order wrong. We know what comes in that particular drink. Tried to make it out that Carmel in drink is extra ( it’s not). Instead of remaking it said he could get another cup and pour that one in ( with whip cream on bottom) quite frankly disappointing.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and got helped by the wonderful Taylor! Her attitude and attentiveness was so welcoming and upbeat. I was honestly having a hard morning, and she completely turned my morning around. And not to mention, my drink was amazing! I’m not sure who made it, but kudos too you! Great drink, great atmosphere, and wonderful humans ♥️

I am reviewing my service experience only. The young lady in the drive thru was such a sweetheart. Her attitude and energy was amazing and she definitely added to an already pleasant morning. It was obvious that she enjoys what she does and the connections she makes with people. I forgot to inquire of her name, but. She wears glasses, has curly hair and black designs around her fingers.
