Staff didn't know how to make a London Fog, didn't offer any alternatives. They had rotten trash in a garbage can nearby and they were arguing over what to do with it it stunk. Coffee tastes terrible like the coffee pot hasn't been cleaned in ages. Highly do not recommend.

This is a Starbucks in a Kroger grocery store, not a standalone with a dining area. Picture is not accurate

This Starbucks is literally always closed? If there is no one to staff it, stop listing the open hours on Google maps.

This is my second time in the past two weeks that I’ve been turned away from this Starbucks on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. The first time the barista was unpacking boxes and said they couldn’t take my order because they had no help. The second time the barista was making two frozen drinks at 2:55 pm and said they were closed and wouldn’t take my order. Both times not friendly or apologetic at all. Like I’m bothering them because I want to place an order during their open hours. It’s possible they are just short staffed. But I don’t like the way I’ve been treated. I was standing there patiently waiting to order both times and hadn’t said a word. I’m sorry this barista doesn’t like their job. Customer service doesn’t seem like a good fit for them.

The WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in 5 states. Never open when I get there despite posted hours, the barista could not work any slower and I think he’s trying to.

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Their is one employee there that just ruins the entire shop. He doesn’t want to be there and take 20 mins on one cup of coffee. He looks for any reason to close for a while and he is very unsanitary. I don’t know how corporate allows this craziness. I’ve tried to go 3 times in one day and each time he closed down for a very d*** reason. He closed down for an hour to clean up a spill. A small spill!!!! I’m done with this location.

Seriously my favorite Starbucks around. Baristas are so kind and there is never a long wait

The manager here was so helpful and friendly. I was having a difficult day, and he both provided my order at a quick pace and engaged in conversation that brightened my mood. I really appreciated his actions during this time, and hope that his superior recognizes his hard work.

This place is a joke ….. seriously. Why have employees that don’t want to work ?
The starbucks seating area was removed. Current features are limited toMobile pickup and in person ordering.

Never seems to be open. Skip and drive so where else.

Location does not follow hours. Often closed one to two hours before scheduled closing with no sign posted. This seems to be a repeat issue. Kroger tells me that employees are leaving early. I was told by the Starbucks district manager that understaffing is to blame, yet I work full-time at an "understaffed" retail store with only one manager and one other employee. Just because my store is understaffed, that doesn't mean I can leave my job early. This needs to be fixed.

Well staffed with good customer service.

Hair in the drink. That's a big one. Plus, I ordered and was charged for two drinks. The barista forgot to make one.
