I was on a long drive and stopped to get a coffee. I didn’t realize what time it was when I pulled up (about 10 mins before they closed). I felt so bad but the person working the drive through was so kind and gave me incredible service. It made my day after a long day at work.

Waited exactly 20 minutes for a mobile order of two teas. There were 6 workers who were moving in slow motion and looking like they didn’t know how to make any of the drinks. Starbucks need to put some experienced staff at this location

I go in to pick a order up after two people went in front of me grabbed there orders and bags no questions asked I go to pick the bag of that I seen with the name of the order I was dropping off and I got asked if the order was really mines. Two white people went before me then when me the black guy goes to grab the bag I get asked if it’s really my order. It’s super weird to me why they wouldn’t ask the first two people before me if that was there order but yet I get pointed out right? It’s a sick world we live in and I’ll never return to this Starbucks ever again and I’ll make sure people of color know not to come here either.

I recently stopped by the Starbucks near UMICH North Campus and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Apple Crisp Macchiato with oat milk, a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a refreshing Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. The iced Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato was a delightful surprise, with a hint of cinnamon on top that made it a perfect drink to welcome the fall season and the changing weather from summer to fall. However, it’s worth noting that due to the high number of customers, the service may take a bit longer than usual. Also, it is difficult to find a place to study. Nonetheless, the delicious drinks make it all worthwhile!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Starbucks is a company founded on consistency and this location is not hitting any of the Starbucks values. My drink definitely didn't taste the same and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my drink... I almost just left. If a store is that backed up they should at least tell the guests up front that it's going to be a while. Simple kindness and transparency would have gone a long way

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is in the gutter. They lack basic human kindness and courtesy.
This is my husband and my Starbucks of choice. The staff here is the best. Our drinks are always amazing "trenta black tea lemonade with peach juice ". The bathrooms are clean and they're great communicators. There are plenty of Starbucks around the city, but this is always our first choice!!

Worst service ever! They don't train their cashiers properly. Waited for a blonde roast for over 15 minutes- they never even checked if it was brewed - it wasn't. Oh - and the egg bites were the wrong ones. Simplest order ever and they totally blew it. Will not go back.
