Horrible place to work. Very poor management! The manager violates ethical rights constantly and creates a hostile and toxic atmosphere! I am uncertain how she got the job considering her back ground. Simon Properties must have been desperate. I am glad to be rid of that headache completely.

Employee was shockingly rude. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but I received an iced americano. I politely said there was a mistake & asked for the drink I ordered. The employee said “I don’t make mistakes” and said I must have ordered the wrong drink because my son “wouldn’t stop talking” while I ordered. My son is 3.

Drinks were fine.We waited at the counter to be helped for about 5 min before one girl asked her coworker to do the register. The girl asked to do register was busy making a drink while the other girl was gossiping about whatever.Girl at the register was pleasant. All on all, the youngsters didn't exactly have a clue as to what was going on, and clearly needs a shift lead person for guidance. Very odd interaction.

i work in the mall and i have worked for 2+ years at a coffee shop, i completely understand how difficult the public can be. i always am exceptionally kind to the employees here and i came to them with an issue that turned out to be a user error. during the interaction i made it known that i did not think this was the employee’s fault and if there was an issue on the app’s part, i would simply reach out to customer service myself. they were very mean to me and kept cutting me off and made me feel very stupid and bothersome. i understand it is the holiday season which makes this job harder and i understand how difficult it can be to deal with stupid people, but i was incredibly kind and very apologetic. i had to ask a coworker to pick up my order for me because i was so embarrassed and i felt so stupid i didn’t want to see the employees again. i don’t want to come here again because im so embarrassed ): again, i know that the general public is a pain, trust me!! but there is no need to be a meanie when the customer is trying to be overly nice to you ): i don’t expect the greatest customer service everywhere i go, but i did feel that this interaction was rude regardless of customer service standards. i was not trying to get anything for free, i work in retail, im not trying to make these employees lives harder. anyways light and love

This was was a horrible experience. I love Starbucks but this was very disappointing. It took 45 minutes for my drink and the workers were so rude. I was checking out of my hotel at 11 and missed the checkout date because of this horrible service.

Drinks from this Starbucks never taste right. Staff has been rude several times in the past. Some are nice, others not so much. Always tried to be patient, leave a tip, and do the right thing. Done ordering here.

It's really nice when we place an order for 2 frozen coffees and 2 out of the 3 employees stand behind the counter on their phones the whole time. Took 10 minutes for 2 mocha cookie crumbles, and we are the only people here. They have no motivation or care in the world. Poor service.

I truly appreciate Rachel being back as manager! The service is 10,000% better as well as the wait time. There was /is a difference in staff professionalism/service since she is back. I stop going to this Starbucks because of service and wait time. The place is better organized and cleaner. Thanks Rachel for coming back and bringing professional back to the Briarwood Starbucks Also, the food is much better and well stocked I wanted to be sure I spelled the nice managers name right! The worst Starbucks around … my drink never comes out correctly or even the right size or the right temperature… very slow … it’s ridiculous… no one cares at all about anything in this store .. there’s only one good worker there and she can actually make good drinks and line they are supposed to be .. it needs a manager badly !!!!

I work in the mall, every time I come and get Starbucks here they are rude and act like you are a bother. Management needs to have a talk with their staff. I’ve never met such rude and unhappy people who choose to work with the public. Maybe more coverage would help them not feel so angry. Every person who works in my store knows their order will be messed up or the staff is so rude you don’t even want to come back for the rest or the week
