Subway in Ann Arbor

“If you enjoy Subway then you’ll enjoy this Subway. I always order mobile pickup & my sub is always made just right - which is saying something because I’m not there to make sure it’s “my way.” The staff is also always very friendly. It’s a chill vibe for sure.“

“I’ve never had an issue here, fresh veggies and service always been good with me… over the last few months I think it’s a guy manager and he’s really nice. The only thing some of the newer employees don’t change gloves.. they will make a sub, ring customers up and won’t throw away. That’s disgusting, it’s not just there I’ve noticed places dose that.. I’ve also seen someone wipe there nose with gloves and wouldn’t change them.. that’s the only issue, I always have to tell the newer ppl to. Change gloves and that should be a priority. After making a sandwich throw away the gloves!!!“

“The service was top notch, this is the first subway that I've been to that has been transparent with my order, making sure I'm away of what my additional charges would be and how it works. Rather than assuming the customer is already aware of the exact amount of additional charges they are getting. I would definitely be making the drive back here, it's worth it 👌🏾“

“I’m genuinely not sure about why people talk badly about this location - my experience today was fantastic. Or maybe I’m biased because I’m coming from NYC and have been treated kindly and like an actual human here. Also, the food was tasty and felt of good quality (I was a Subway employee in another life and this was top notch). Anyway - I’d totally recommend.“

“Not only was the Subway employee friendly, but told us about the different deals. Waited patiently as my daughter and I decided what we wanted, which took awhile. The restaurant was clean, and offered several tables to sit at. Great selectons of soft drinks, chips, and cookies.“

“Convenient location for my quick lunch, within walking distance, friendly employees, also quick short term parking around back of the building if needed. I usually visit this or the location on S. University between S. Forest and Washtenaw.“
