Waited 20 minutes after opening for them to actually bother to turn on the computers to order. While two staff were talking and laughing. if my daughter would not have already made me wait until they opened, would have left..
EDIT: So let me rephrase, I PAID $1 for Mango POP Boba that I barely got any of. They must use a baby size spoon for the amount that I received. I am 100% positive that I have the correct location. Owner is very condescending stating that I should make my own drink at home. I appreciate owners response though, it shows how they really feel about their customers. The response that I received will guide my future decisions to stay clear of all Sweeting and save my money$$.--------Prices on the Boba pearls went up and you actually get less. I've been going here for a while due to good location. Boba used to fill my straw now I have to search for them. Paying a $1 for a couple of Boba pearls is ridiculous next time if there is a next time. I will order without Boba but it defeats the purpose, they are not just decorations to me I use them to sweeten my drink. Time to find a new Boba spot.

The tea was so good! I’m not sure if the pumpkin spice tea is seasonal but it’s amazing. I would get lower sweetness as the normal sweetness is a lot. Will come again! It’s great.
The Bubble Island equivalent and replacement. They have snacks too!
Love this place.
Cute place with yummy treats ? We had the cookies and cream rolled ice cream and you can choose up to 3 toppings included in the price.

Love the Strawberry Frostea with Bobas and hearts. Little pricey but yummy. All of the savory snacks here are really yummy too.

Their Matcha bubble tea was probably the worst I've ever had. It was more brown than green and undrinkable. Immediately went in the garbage.
One TV was broken.Service was great. Tea was great. It's inside the mall.
Kid-friendliness: You can reduce the sugar amount.
Parking: Lots of spots, but nearby spots when it's rainy are hard to come by.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily wheel into the mall and up to the counter. The kiosk for ordering might be hard to use, but you can just talk to a worker.
Dietary restrictions: They offered milk options: default, organic whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, and one other.

My husband picked up some rolled ice cream and a taro smoothie for us and brought it home. I’m surprised the ice cream wasn’t melted after the 20 min drive home. I’m not sure how to describe the texture of the ice cream but it was amazing. The taro flavor was so delicious and the texture was so much creamier than other rolled ice cream I’ve had. I loved it, my daughter loved it, my husband loved it. Big fans and we’ll definitely be back. M taros smoothie was also delicious. He said the teens who were working last night were helpful and clearly did a great job!
My family is vegan so we are grateful for dairy free options
