Taste of India Suvai

Talk about a fall from grace. I've been coming here off and on for nearly 20 years, since i was an undergrad and today i had without a doubt the worst plate of food i have ever gotten from taste of india. Over priced very meager portions and the food did not taste like the TOI i knew and loved. I've had food from their store front and the pop up shop they have at pierpont on n campus, and the quality has taken a huge drop. After all this time i have to call it quits. Best of luck in the coming years, you've lost a long long time customer.

I ordered goat briyani and Chicken Noodles online. Both were bad and I didn't receive any sides for noodles. Cooking standard, packing standard and pricing are very poor. There is no Suvai in the food. Disappointed!!

Taste of India regularly goes to the University of Michigan North Campus to sell food to students. Previously, their food has been fantastic, and I would go out of my way to get lunch from them.

I will no longer be doing so, as today they replaced the naan with tortillas. I don’t have words to express how disappointing this was to me.

1st time trying this restaurant and the food was delicious. I had the chicken korma spicy with garlic nan. Will definitely go back again.

This was my first visit to Taste of India and I got to enjoy the lunch buffet. I was greeted in a timely manner which is always nice. I was gently guided to the buffet area and invited to order additional beverages. The food was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of dishes to try and I tried as many as I could. I'm glad the naan was out for the buffet and the music was nice bonus. Clean presentation. Tasty meal for a quick lunch break. Pleasant decor and good service.
