Not great. Steaks don't taste dry-aged. Waiter told us to order steaks cooked one above what we usually do, mine ended up overcooked beyond my preference because of this. Lobster Bisque was too salty. Cigar bar smokes out the restaurant. Opens up at 5PM so no early dinners. Nothing really enticing to me here.
World class thanks to the exquisite culinary offerings but also the incredibly friendly and hard working effort of our server Aso. We were celebrating my wife graduating with a 4.0 from her U of M Master’s degree program and the Chop House chefs and Aso’s service made a perfect day utterly spectacular.
