Great customer service. I came in on a Holiday for which they closed at 2pm. Most kitchens would shut down ten minutes before but the new GM didn’t hesitate to put together an order for me just after they closed. Perfect example of going above and beyond.
Brittney was fantastic. I got a too good to go order and told her I loved peanut butter and she even checked to see if any had peanut butter. She gave great suggestions for the sandwiches we ordered and even suggestions on what to add and it was so good. She seemed to genuinely care about us having a good experience. Service was great, food was delicious.
I hadn’t been to Bakehouse 46 in a while and decided to stop in. I loved their cupcakes last time I was there (over a year ago) but this past time the cupcakes were dry. They did not feel or taste fresh. Likely will not be back.
