We had a gift cirtificate. After 15 minutes of phone calls to managers I place my order. The bag was tied so I couldn't check the contents. After a 20 mile drive home, one great greek gyro was missing and there was no tzatziki on either gyro. 40 minutes later I can eat. The certificate was given to my famous entertainer partner who will Not talk about how good it was.

Jess and Lilly. Were very Courteous, pleasant. Kitchen staff did a fantastic job. Great plate presentation. Mom's salmon was cooked to perfection. My shrimp as well. And their rice I always enjoy the flavor definitely made with love. Large side salads. I make it a point to stop by when I'm in the area. Come over and enjoy the healthy foods on their menu.

This was my first time here, I was craving an authentic gyro and decided to give this place a shot. I saw the 4.6 rating and figured it couldn't be that bad, despite being warned about the quality and taste by my father who had eaten here once previously. First and foremost, if you are someone like myself who appreciates quality, Mediterranean or Middle-Eastern (AUTHENTIC AND FRESH) lamb meat cooked on on a vertical broiler, this is NOT it. They serve frozen, pre-cooked meat that tasted salty, cheap, and overly-processed.
I ordered the lamb and beef gyro, fries, and a drink and paid $20 and some change. The service was great, the cashier gave me recommendations and allowed me to sample the lemon chicken soup given my first time visiting and my indecisiveness. The lemon chicken soup was too tart, salty, and tasted like it came out of a can, so I opted for the fries as my side instead. The fries were golden, with crispy grease bubbles on them, seasoned nicely, and tasty (you can see them in the background of the picture labeled 3). The fries were the only thing good about this experience, because it was downhill from there.
I've never in my life sent my food back three times, and I did so in hopes the quality would come out better with each remake to justify the 4.6 rating. The first serving of my order (picture #1) you can see my meat was dry and over cooked like jerky; I took a piece of the lamb and clanked it against my plate to show the staff member. He apologized offered a refund, but I told him I just wanted it remade. He brought out the second remake (picture #2) and this time it was undercooked, cold, over stuffed to the point where I couldn't close it, and the thin pita just started ripping apart, no support for the meat and toppings. I sent it back a second time, and assuming I was being pranked, I started looking around for Ashton Kutcher to jump out as I awaited my remake. The third time, they had a different chef make my food. This time they piled the sauce on cold, salty meat, over-stuffed, and soggy. I attempted to pick it up and my gyro just mushed and crumbled. At this point I'm feeling like Goldilocks attempting to find results and an outcome that were just right, but my expectations were resulted in disappointment each time. At first I thought maybe someone in the kitchen was pwrhaps just a bad cook or new, but then after the third remake I finally realized it's just their quality of food. The manager was nice enough to give me a refund, very accommodating customer service, he recommended I try the chicken gyro, but I declined for obvious reasons of risking repeating the same experience. I appreciate the great customer service and the effort to make it right, but the quality of the product was a solid no for me.
