I hadn’t been to Tim Horton’s in a long time, but my mom wanted to stop by one in Ann Arbor. To my surprise, they had an iced matcha latte. They offered oat milk at no extra cost, and it was surprisingly good. You could tell they used a decent matcha powder, and for the size I got, it was only a little over $4! A great value. was hesitant to write a review, but my experience was very similar to what others have mentioned. I’ve ordered here three times, and each time was difficult, especially when using in-app offers. The staff didn’t seem to understand how to apply them correctly, which made the process inaccurate and not in the customer’s favor. On top of that, she didn’t ask what size drink I wanted and automatically chose the large size.

If you've read any of my other reviews I hope you can see I try to be as objective as possible? This Tim Horton's wasn't horrible by any stretch. However, it was about 10:45 A.M. and the 4 donuts we got were definitely not even remotely fresh. The young lady at the drive through only rung us up for 4 of the 6 donuts we ordered but at least the coffee & latte were hot.
