We love Tippins! Thank you, Rachel, for helping me select your ice cream cups for our children's party. They are delicious and were a big hit. It was very healthful to just select the ones we wanted in advance and then pick them up on the day of the party.

I love this place!! I've been coming to tippins since I was little. Everyone is always so nice to me and I would say they have the best pizza, sandwiches and desserts. They also have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I definitely recommend this place to everyone when they ask me where I get my cookies and sandwiches from.

No doubt this is the best pizza in the area, including all of Ann Arbor. Fresh ingredients that makes Buddy's, jets, and cottage Inn taste cheap. Theyre expensive but thats because they arent a chain. Real deal mom & pop shop
