A very under-recognized cafe and bakery in a city filled with them. Excellent service, varied food and coffee options, and one of the best breakfast sandwiches in town. I would say this is the best hidden gem that I wished was more well known.
I have tried donuts from all over Southeastern Michigan and the Custard donuts/pastry is the best I have ever had! The donut is twice the size of a regular donut anywhere else and is light fluffy tender dough with filling so delightful.
I've been frequenting Two Songs for a couple of years now and I recommend it to all of my friends and anyone visiting town. It's a family-owned Korean bakery and cafe with an expansive spread and peaceful atmosphere. Their baristas nail the classics and their menu is always updating with seasonal flavors. The Gochujang Honey Latte is my favorite right now. This year they've hosted a playreading inside and catered at a few local events, like the Cars and Coffee shows....
