I went in yesterday and had a reservation. I arrived just a moment after it was scheduled just toFind out there wasn’t even a table available for us. Worker apologized and put as at the employee table that was located by a lot of supplies and games. All and all it was not a good experience. We were super excited to try this place out but sadly won’t be back due to the lack of acknowledgment on our reservation. We were trying to have a coffee date but instead gotShoved into the corner to make an awkward situation and date.

Strong contender for best coffee in A2. The space is tight but cool, pretty corner patio with good people-watching. Used to be a Mighty Good location, I'd say this is an upgrade

I had their con miel latte, amazing! The berry bar is also super soft and delicious.The entrance is a bit weird, I am not sure why the side door is closed since it leads directly to the counter. I really enjoyed all the plants and artwork as well.

I went to Vertex like three times a week last semester, and this place is one of my favorite cafes in Ann Arbor. I think their latte is best in town. Nice vibes and friendly staff. They have unique latte menus so I would definitely recommend trying coffee flights. I usually get a hot latte here. Wish they had larger size too!The only thing is that I've noticed the taste of coffee being a little inconsistent depending on which barista makes your coffee. Sometimes the coffee is incredibly great but sometimes lacking flavor.

Really good coffee! I got the vanilla latte, and it is one of the best in town. They're also very focused sustainability and serves with really nice coffee cups. They have few spots indoor but plenty outdoors.
The worst kind of trendy coffee place that uses kitsch as an excuse to overcharge for mediocrity. This is the kind of place that encourages coffee as a personality and not as a basic culinary service.

Consider this my love letter to Vertex. Easily some of the best coffee in Ann Arbor! It's also very cute inside, and everyone who works there is so kind :) Today I literally wiped out and fell as I was leaving, and they remade my coffee for me. Shoutout to Amanda, my latte was one of the best I have ever had!!

Lovely little coffee shop. I ordered the lemon latte, and it was very good! Also got a berry breakfast bar- many if not all snacks seem to be GF! I wish it wasn’t out of the way for work, so I can come here more often. Looking forward to trying a flight of lattes next!
