They were out of vegan pastries but my cortado was top notch. Surcharge for oatmilk which I don’t approve of but I’ll take it for the quality! Great little spot

I literally go out of my way to walk here in between or before classes because I just love the coffee here. It's always SUPER good. The place is heavily filled most of the time and is not a place I would stay to do work though.
Visiting Vertex is a priority for me whenever I visit Michigan. When I’m not in the state, Vertex’s coffee subscription box has been the perfect way for me to support my favorite small business while drinking high-quality coffee at home. One bag of coffee per month is the perfect amount for me. The bags of whole-bean coffee make great gifts, too!
