I have visited this wendy’s twice recently and both times it has been impeccable customer service. When they were backed up with several doordash drivers in the drive thru, the staff was incredibly accommodating!
I went here for dinner on the weekend, had a short wait, easy order, including asking questions about making sure they got it right. The staff at the window or a very pleasant professional, and carefully packed the two bags, including keeping them warm for the few seconds, they waited for the burgers. Just a really positive experience.
The service and dining room at this location are very good. I just determined from my most recent visit that I just don't like Wendy's hamburger patties. I think their food is fine. It seems like it's among the highest quality of any of the national chains, but something about the blend of meat they use for their hamburger just doesn't appeal to me. This location seems quite well run. If I ever decide to go back, this would be a good location to go to.
