Whoever was working drive thru on 8/27 around 5pm was genuinely the nicest person I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He was so positive and sweet, it made my friend and my day.
I have visited this wendy’s twice recently and both times it has been impeccable customer service. When they were backed up with several doordash drivers in the drive thru, the staff was incredibly accommodating!
I went here for dinner on the weekend, had a short wait, easy order, including asking questions about making sure they got it right. The staff at the window or a very pleasant professional, and carefully packed the two bags, including keeping them warm for the few seconds, they waited for the burgers. Just a really positive experience.
