EDIT: TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE BY ORDERING ONLINE. DO NOT NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF THEY ARE BUSY AND IT IS A 2 HOUR WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD. MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN VISIBLE THE PLACE WAS PACKED. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES THEY TAKE THE SAME INFORMATION DOWN- NAME, ORDER # ETC..BUT NO RESULTS. I GUESS HOPING YOU WILL JUST GIVE THEM FREE MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT IT.
Only 2 employees taking ALL orders. I think they know not to tell the customers it will be approx. an 1hr wait for your food. If this is your 1st visit it will most likely be your last. I took a loss on the drink, Fizzless and flavorless watered down, I didn't want to wait any longer for my food. This is the only Wingstop in town so I think this place only makes money from the unsuspecting-1st time customer, who doesn't know how bad service is and the extremely long wait time.

Light skin girl working nights has a BAD attitude/problems. I shouldn’t have to deal with someone’s attitude, when I’m respectful, and just trying to pick up food. The other staff members were as nice as can be. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that.

I had a quick pick up, but I ordered at 2pm o’clock on a Sunday, the food is great, but yes, late night plan on taking an hour for pick up and if it’s DoorDash delivery hour and a half. They’re always super busy late at night so plan on not getting your food quickly. I know everyone complains, but at least it’s made fresh.

They have NEVER gotten my order correct. Wait times are always extremely long and staff is very incompetent. Won’t be back, would rather starve than deal with them again

Horrible service I placed an order on the app, my food was supposed to be delivered through door dash. A hour later my driver came with no food delivered it to someone else. I don’t recommend this Wingstop they are slower than a turtle.

Went in a few days ago late at night didn’t expect much since it was so late but when I got there the service was extraordinary I ran into this cook im pretty sure he said his name was Owen or ogan something like that but he was very helpful and respectful the food was immaculate I love the Lemon pepper wings will definitely be coming back!!
