Walked in to place in order at around 10:50 and was told they weren't taking orders past 11. Hours are clearly stated as being until midnight.

I ordered catering for my company from here. The staff I dealt with, Shay and Mo, were so helpful and courteous. They even helped me bring food out to my car. Everyone loved the food and we will definitely be coming back for catering again.

Last time I ordered (online) they some how forgot my fries in my 10 pc combo, but it was corrected before I left the parking lot.

Horrid customer service. Dirty resturaunt and workers who don't want to do their job. Hours on door say open until midnight and was turned away BEFORE 11pm

Drove 40 min to have wings. Was turned away the second I walked in. I was told it would be at least 1 full hour before I would get any wings and that I should think twice about ordering.

I went there earlier today with two of my friends and we all ordered a 10 peice combo. We did a survey to upgrade the drinks to a large and it made us rate the food before trying it. Then we proceeded to wait for 56 minutes after they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait.Once we got are food half are order was missing, the chicken was very undercooked, and the blue cheese had a very odd taste to it. We also had to go eat in the car because of how dirty the tables were inside. Very disappointing experience.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The lady told me 20 minutes and 40 minutes later still don’t have an order. I asked for a manager and the white sheman was VERY disrespectful towards my son and I. After getting a refund back to my card, the low profile person laughed and said “you’re the hungry one not me”. Not to mention, EVERY staff member were sitting in the back chilling. Very racist

I knew I would come to the reviews and see this place is below average on customer service. Seems if you have not ordered your food over the phone or on some sort of app, you will be waiting quite some time. And evidently my food came up and Ray just didn't check to see if my order was complete and because of that I probably waited another who knows how long. When in line he never greeted anyone simply stared at you like😶😐... Guess I was supposed to know to read his mind and understand when he was ready to take the order. The food was way too salty and the flavors were 😒meh at best. B🦬WW wins again and I.will.not. be back especially since this was my first time ever giving this company a chance. I realize it's just a bunch of kids in there, but they need to be trained on proper customer service and work ethic. They paid way more attention to called in orders. It wasn't the cleanest place. The beverage dispenser was very very nasty almost made me not want to even touch least alone get a drink from it..eww. Then, there were no straws and when I asked for them it was almost as though he didn't believe me saying, 'oh there ain't no straws?' No! If there were, I wouldn't have asked you for said straws! Duh! Meanwhile, his dancing moves in the back were probably spot on with perfect steps of choreography. Ray, as much as you're good at dancing you should apply the same expertise to your job despite the low paying wage..jus sayin. And yes, just like another reviewer stated, I could tell attitudes abounded so it would've been a waste of energy to complain in real time. This company is obviously losing future customers and I wish I had stayed a Wingstop virgin🙄😮💨yuck to the food. Boo to your employees 😒🤨

My husband placed an order for me for pickup through the DOOR DASH APP. Got to wing stop the wait was 3 hours. We requested a refund. The order was placed September 21, 2024 and we still haven’t received the refund. Called Wingstop today and the manager said the refund was put in on September 24, 2024 and that the refund was sent to door dash. Never ordered through door dash however the manager tells me the WINGSTOP APP is through Door dash so door dash has to refund me. Called Door Dash, door dash has no record of the order and told me if it wasn’t placed through door dash we need to call wing stop back.

I've been to this wing stop 4 times now. Everytime has not been good. My order has never been correct but this last time was the last time. I waited forever for my food. I finally got up and asked about my order and at the same time someone walked up to turn in the wrong order. They just handed me the bag. I checked to make sure it was the right order and it looked good so I left. I got home and there were only 12 wings and there was supposed to be 15. The chicken was so over cooked and dry it was barely worth eating. Definitely my last time. This is the 1st bad review I've ever posted but I fealt like I had too.

This location has the worst customer service you can ask for. You can expect to wait as long as an hour for an order when they aren’t even busy. The food is expensive and doesn’t taste that good. Today I went in to pick up a delivery for a customer, they said the order would be ready really soon. After waiting over half an hour they said that they dropped the order and this one guy had a serious attitude problem for no reason. Highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs, including if you work for delivery. Not a pleasant experience.
