Whoever was working at 3pm, 3/3/24 needs a raise. I think this is the first time I've ever had good service here. Not only was the service good but. it was the best food I've ever had here. Management, take care of this crew. They're it. 10/5 stars.

I have tried to order food here multiple times, both in person and through delivery apps. In person, the staff is rude, the food takes forever, and you have a 50/50 chance of it being fresh. (Surprising considering the time it takes to receive). Ordering through a delivery app is even worse. I've had 2 orders outright canceled recently because no delivery driver is willing to wait an HOUR past the estimated pickup time to complete an order (understandably). I'm done giving chances to this poorly staffed, low quality joke of a restaurant.
This is the closest wingstop to us which is a 20 minute drive. We put our order through and made the drive. Once we arrived, my husband went in to pick up our order and was told they didn't have it. After confirming we were in fact at the right location, their response was well we don't have any bread so we can't fulfill the order. This was after waiting the 60 minutes wait time and the twenty minute drive. This place has gone down hill and I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Look, I know the rating looks scary, but they do try their hardest from what I know. I've been here multiple times and I haven't been dissappointed. The staff has some very down to earth people, very respectful, not just the typical fast food workers. The place is also kept clean most likely 24/7, I don't live here or anything, but I probably wouldn't mind if I had to spend the night. Only thing that I noticed that could be changed is the volume of the radio. Its right where the cashiers are so sometimes they can't hear you. I'm not sure if its something they can control, but i doubt it. Anyways just wanted to share my thoughts on an under rated Wingstop.

Absolutely infuriating placed my order around 10:30 ish was told the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes I DIDNT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 11:45 my boyfriend waited in the lobby and said employees were playing on their phones in the back. When we left at 11:45 he said there were still 8 people in the lobby waiting for food… absolutely terrible will not be coming back
