We ordered a cake from Zingerman's Bakehouse for our rehearsal dinner which also served as a birthday cake for our Maid of Honor on 11/25/2025. When we say that this cake was every bit as good as our wedding cake, we truly mean it -- the texture of the sponge was delightful, and the flavor and texture of the frosting were delightful! This cake fully encapsulated our maid of honor, and it had broad appeal (it was thoroughly enjoyed by the youngest members of our group to the oldest and everyone in between!).

They were the only place I could find a whole vegan cake available to purchase on short notice without having to custom order ahead, and they wrote 'happy birthday' on it. Bought their vegan chocolate cake with ermine frosting for my daughter that has an egg allergy. It was delicious! A soft and light cake with a nice chocolate flavor and the frosting was all anyone could talk about; Light and fluffy and not too sweet

I bought a cupcake to enjoy at home and when I bit into it, there was just an absolutely overwhelming fridge flavor! I got the blueberry cupcake and I couldn’t taste anything but an incredibly stale, strong flavor. It wasn’t even just on the surface, the middle of the cream even tasted awful! You guys definitely need to figure out the refrigerator problem.
