Had an amazing experience at El Bo Inn. Everything we ordered was spot on from the creamy carbonara to the perfectly cooked steak. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Even the sides and appetizers didn’t disappoint. You can tell they pay attention to quality and execution here. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.
I always like the food at El Bo inn. Never had a bad meal, fair prices. But the past 2 times we went out service was awful. I respect the fact that she wanted to get food out when it's hot but you can't just not go back and see if anyone needed anything like water? Then cashed us out without asking if we wanted dessert so I had to get her to order dessert. Clearly she's a good waitress but they either needed more staff or more time management.
The El Bo Inn definitely one of them places you have to experience while up north. Excellent food, the service is outstanding. If I could suggest any app try the mozzarella cheese sticks
