Ate here for the first time last night. Food was delicious and portions were more than generous. The steak burrito was delicious as well as the chips and salsa. Definitely will eat here again, it’s nice to have a good Mexican restaurant closer to home. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.
El Sombrero never disappoints. You expect delicious and you get delicious every single time.
We are so lucky to have this new gem in our little town! The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic New Mexican flavor, and every dish tastes fresh and made with care. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is cozy but lively..perfect for a casual meal or a night out with family and friends.

El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant offers fast service and great food every time, with a peaceful atmosphere. Everything is perfect, from the extremely clean restaurant to the reasonable prices. The double chicken fajita is the best with a generous helping, and the chicken fajita quesadilla is the biggest and most delicious ever. The tres leches cake is to die for, and the Nachos Locos are the best around. The restaurant is a good fusion of classic ameri-mexican along with authentic originals, with excellent service and great lunch prices. The birria tacos are consistently good, and the chicken fajitas with extra cooked tomatoes are a must try. Though takeout may take a little longer, the food is tasty for the price. The atmosphere is fun, clean, and top notch.
