I'm actually disappointed in myself for not writing a review sooner. I've gotten pizza from Roma so many times it wouldn't be possible to count. Never once have they disappointed. There are closer places to where I live but it certainly doesn't feel like going out of my way to drive to Bangor for the quality of food and customer service.
you guys rock! the pizza and the service is excellent
Had a little situation tonight, but owner jumped right on it, apologized and offered a credit for the next time I ordered same thing.
Have been ordering from here nearly 20 years. First time I've ever had a problem. Pleased with how they immediately took care of it
