very poor customer service. my mom got a coffee told him he put a bit to much chocolate on top and asked him to take some off it was just the whip cream. and to be a smart @$$ he barely squirted any chocolate at all. normally hes decent not today. i believe hes the manager there

I have always loved the location on Columbia 😊 the staff are amazing and today they listened to my little request and even made it more special 🥰❤ today is my daughter's birthday so I asked for a note of happy birthday and my favorite barista (I'm a horrible customer because i don't know his name ☹) asked to add sprinkles ❤ definitely her favorite part!
