I'm not sure who the woman was I spoke with tonight but she was absolutely amazing...My mom and I ordered food to be delivered and after waiting an hour and a half I received a message from Door Dash that our order was cancelled (after they had already picked up my food) So I called and asked if I could just come get my order...She was so nice and remade it and had it ready for me when we got there! As usual the food was phenomenal! Thank you so much ?

Haven't been to a Bob Evans in years! I was excited to visit! Food was good. Came quickly. Our server rushed us to order, forgot the lemon for our tea, did not bring dinner bread and never offered the dessert that comes with the purchase of the kids meal. We shopped the store, had a phenomenal experience with that staff! Snagged a Tater and Short Stack plushy! Maybe our server was just having a bad day.

I place a door dash order here like 3 times a week for breakfast & get the same thing everytime. The staff is incredible very very nice. I definitely recommend the choc chip pancakes w whip cream. ?
