The app told me my timed order for 1130pm would be ready at 1050pm and I was concerned the food would be cold by the time I got there. I called the store and the boy assured me the food would go in around the time it was timed for. When I got there the crew was friendly and my wings&fries were hot! I paid for the large fry and got a regular fry but everything was great and I appreciated their timeliness
