It’s the best Chinese food hands down.
I have not been to Tony’s for quite some time, since my husband passed away. It was our favorite place to eat. The family style bean curd is excellent, as are the vegetarian eggrolls and vegetable soup. Hong Kong Restaurant is a standout for Chinese takeout and buffet in the Battle Creek area, offering better food than its competitors. Despite being a carry-out only establishment, it's a must-visit for egg rolls, which are considered the best by many. Favorites include homemade duck sauce, moo shu pork, and wonton soup with generous chunks of pork and mushrooms. The Wonton Soup is hearty and the Hot and Sour Soup is the best in Battle Creek. The quality has greatly improved, possibly due to new management. The egg rolls and fried rice are the best, and the food is always fresh and served scolding hot, even after 15-20 minutes of travel time.
