Garbage I will never be returning. They're rude and they literally will just throw your food at you. I've had it happen multiple times. Pieces of garbage. They should just dismantle the building preferably with the employees inside

After numerous WRONG or BAD orders in the near part - I am done with the location. Tonight I placed a mobile order, the order was N OYT confirmed by name from the fluky which acknowledged it - merely "first window please". [I know their requirements when taking orders.] I pulled forward and sit there for a couple minutes - but no one, I finally pulled forward and they wanted to hand me the wrong order. When I explained that was not my order and and explained what I had - she said I had the next order and I HAVE to wait at the window even if no one is there. Fine - I drove off without my food because I was going to have to go inside to pick it up. I am out $10 in my supper - they are out my respect, all future business and my plans to tell people to avoid West Columbia, Capital Southwest and Beckley road, which are all owner by the same family known for bad customer service. (They previously owned Centreville but shut it down because it was such a bad location for service.)

3/21 we arrived at 11:30pm waited at the outside lane to place my order. Another car pulled into the inside lane, and their order was taken. After that car pulled away there was another car that pulled into the inside lane and their order was being taken. I looked for a lane closed sign and found none, signs were lit up etc. So I proceeded to pull up to the 1st window to place my order, as something was obviously wrong with the lane I was in. Once we got to the 1st window the man working ignored us played on his phone texting and even left the window. We sat there for about 4 minutes.This was very unprofessional and not at all what I expected. The location was obviously open as others were being served and my arrival was timely as there was 30 mins of paid time for those employees and it seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience for him. Please do better! Good thing I was able to have it my way, BK YOU RULE!!!

I don't even want to rate it a star. From the time I ordered and got my food it took almost 15 minutes. I counted at least 7 employees inside the window One of them was swinging between the counters.At least 5 of them were walking around like they had no idea of what they should be doing.Only 1 employee seemed to know.Their manager should highly embarrassed to have them as staff.
Didn’t take my order correctly, fill fry all the way, or offer to fix any of it.

I ordered drive thru. I ordered the sausage mcgriddle and egg McMuffin.Waited 7 minutes to get the wrong food that I couldn't eat because both had egg on them. I ended up with a sausage McMuffin and a Canadian bacon McMuffin.
