I'm very impressed with the people who work here. I bring my disabled brother here for coffee and a snack once or twice a month. We're always treated with kindness and respect. And the coffee and food is great!
I went in to order. I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes without being greeted or anything. So, I decided to go through the drive-thru. I had to pull ahead for my order and wait another 3-5 minutes there. When I got home my food was cold.
I like the deals on the app, but why can't I just use more than 1 deal on a pickup order? I had to pick up 1 order, park, place another order, and then go thru the drive thru again. Needless waste of everybody's time and energy. Everything else considered, it's McDonald's, so it was fine. I will say that this location does not have a fountain drink station in the dining area. You have to go up to the counter to get refills. Really McDonald's? You are going...
