This place has some rude employees, annoyed that you haven't used the app and then I had to repete my oder 3 times and then handed my food and drink out the window and closed it went, not a chance to ask for ketchup at that moment, then I really ruined her day by sitting there until she opened the window back up then I got to ask for said ketchup I wanted. with an eye roll she gave me 2 packets and shut the window. The Floor was super wet and slippery. The parking lot is ridiculously crowded and dangerous for pedestrians and vehiclesParking: Dangerous. Need community engineers, logistical techs and city planners to fix this setup before someone gets killed in that lot. Especially with all the kids coming from close, local schools by car, cycles and on foot
