Terrible customer service! Ordered online delivery for lunch, took approximately 45 minutes to arrive (not bad). Part of the order was missing, when we called to inquire, the manager tried to say it was a delivery issue...NO, the bag was closed and sealed by Olive Garden it is in fact a restaurant issue! Missing items are clearly on the receipt. Manager stated we could reorder and it would be delivered approximately 90 minutes, that defeats the purpose. They didn't seem interested...read full review
I ordered delivery from the Battle Creek store and my order was delivered to the wrong house. While I do realize that uber made this mistake, when I called to Olive Garden to tell them about the issue (because uber has no customer service number) they acted as if they didn’t really care that I had just spent $45 on food that was delivered to the wrong house.
