i love starbucks .. but do better. i ordered a venti pink cannon ball drink and they gave me a grande pink drink. i asked them about it and told them to replace it and they gave me a venti pink drink. they then decided to say that it was that drink when it looked nothing like it. and doesn’t taste like it either.
This is the best Starbucks consistently I have been to. The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with. This is my favorite store I have been too. They are friendly and always kind. We love when Kate is working, she always remembers me and my pup Nova and is always so kind and helpful.
