Blackened salmon…. Best I’ve had hands down
I had the swordfish and it was phenomenal. My CFI had the chicken parm and he seemed to like it. My girlfriend had the Waco tacos and did not care for them, and to be fair they did not look that great. Great airport restaurant overall though I would just order something besides the tacos.
Great spot tucked away in the Airport of BC. Food was terrific, well priced for the size. (My wife and I both left with take out containers lol)Our server, Sierra was second to none! Very attentive and kind. Never asked for anything, she was simply on it!
WACO Kitchen, located at the Airport of BC, offers a unique dining experience with a view of planes taking off and landing. The swordfish was phenomenal, the chicken parm well-liked, and the Waco tacos not so great. The food is terrific and well-priced, with attentive and kind service from servers like Sierra. A great spot overall, just avoid the tacos!
