Blackened salmon…. Best I’ve had hands down
God-awful food! As a pilot/aircraft owner, I SOOOO wanted to like, actually, I wanted to love this place, but the food was absolutely horrible. The best quote of the night was when the waitress noticed we didn't eat our meals, she offered to remove a portion from our check. She said, "We do it all the time, lots of people don't like our food"...well, at least she's honest. Very over-priced as well.
Food was excellent (4 star) , service was sub-par (1 star) , waitress never came back to check on us with a total of only 4 other tables occupied . Had to ask for tab , poor selection of beverages (no domestic brands)(2 star)

WACO Kitchen, located at the Airport of BC, offers a unique dining experience with a view of planes taking off and landing. The swordfish was phenomenal, the chicken parm well-liked, and the Waco tacos not so great. The food is terrific and well-priced, with attentive and kind service from servers like Sierra. A great spot overall, just avoid the tacos!
