Was there 4/23, 4/28 in the evening and was in line for over an hour both times. 4/23 was told they were training an entire crew! Store shouldn't be open if they aren't prepared to serve customers in a quality manner. An hour wait is unacceptable for fast food. Its not rocket science! The manager told me the DM said if customers complain he was to tell us we were free to leave, they weren't keeping us there....basically "go f$#@ yourself."
