I always have enjoyed the food here but lately the smoke flavor has gotten out of hand. At least on the ribs and brisket, It’s a bit overwhelming, borderline unnatural level of smoke flavor.

Also, I got a small side of beans for $3 and I got enough to maybe fill a shot glass, which is very underwhelming. Container was already tiny but was half full to add insult to injury.

This was our first time here! The food was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean, and tastefully decorated. One thing I was pleased to see was that they have gender neutral bathrooms WITH CHANGING TABLES! 😱
I included a picture of our nachos appetizer, but forgot to take one of our main courses because they were so good they were gone before I knew it!

BarqueBC is a quaint establishment that sells liquor and tacos. The menu is extensive and they now have PoBoy’s Shrimp.

If you are needy and want something, this is an excellent hole in the wall that has been around years.
