I truly wish I could give them more stars. The food is amazing but it is INCREDIBLY difficult to dine here as their hours are VERY limited, reservations are REQUIRED for Thursday and Friday dining, and they do NOT take day of reservations unless you call at 11am when they open. Such a shame because I would have really liked to support this local business more.

Very delicious. The owner did a fabulous job of preparing and serving our sushi for us. It was my first time dining at the Fusion 1 Cafe and overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Nothing tops a scrumptious meal with impeccable service.

Watching the owner go HOG WILD on a rude customer. I started hootin and hollerin, jumping up and down what a treat. The sushi is so good I would do horrible things to eat it again (but I'll just pay money for now ?) definitely going to be recommending it to my magic the gathering buddies (they LOVE sushi)Kid-friendliness: Teach your kids a thing or 2 and take em here

I love this place. It took me 20 years to find it, but now that I have, I make it a point to schedule time to go there several times per year. They have two weekly events that are sooooo worthwhile - BOGO sushi take-out on Tuesdays and all-you-can-eat dine-in sushi for $19.95 on Thursday evenings. I especially enjoy shopping in the nearby businesses - such as Artigiano's Cheese Shop and Herman Hiss Jewelers. We are so lucky to be in close proximity to Bay City and I feel that, as a so-called 'local', I am obligated to take full advantage of it :)Dietary restrictions: They have been wonderful about accommodating the dietary needs of my friend who has numerous food allergies.Parking: The secret is to go during the week when there is an abundance of parking nearby.
