What some reviews don't seem to understand is that this restaurant is basically a one or two person operation: a chef and sometimes a waitress. This means that when things are busy everyone has their hands full and patience is mandatory. What you get in exchange is food prepared by one of the best chefs in town, not some line cook. If I could only get sushi from one place for the rest of my life, it would be Fusion 1! Everything is always fresh and reasonably priced. Their Two-for-Tuesday takeout deal is unbeatable, but if you get the chance to dine in, it’s always a wonderful experience.
The owner is sooooo rude! It’s a shame, because the sushi looks pretty good.
