“I ordered a quesadilla meal with a smoothie to have Door Dashed a few weeks back. They ended up not having water and I was asked by the Door Dasher if I still wanted my order. I said yes as long as I get a refund for my smoothie. I called Tropical Smoothie and I was told I would get a refund. I have called 4 times since then and keep getting the run around. Last time I called I was told a manager would call me back but never did. I usually go here once a week when I am at the office however I will no longer be going. Unfortunate.“

“Absolutely loved my experience! I typically go to a shop in Bay City but decided to try something different and I was not dissapointed! The person working was so nice and a joy to talk with.
