Went through the drive thru around 10:15pm July 11th 2024, right after a 10 and a half hour shift, The crew was super super rude. I pulled up and the first thing was a rude tone and half a sentence snarky question. The creepiest worst part was the hefty man that came out to give me my quarter pounder he just stood there standing at the building just staring at me for a solid minute then walked up to me and made me get half way out of my Jeep just to get my burger bag from him....read full review
This is how I received my sandwich yesterday from McDonald’s on N. Euclid in Bay City. How incompetent can you be? These workers want more money?? 😂 What a joke! I should have turned back around and made them make a me a fresh one. I will NEVER go back again! This was at 12:30 in the afternoon and there was no one else in line in the drive through. 🤦♂️ I hope someone looks into this. So incompetent is an understatement
Very poor performance tonight with my meal. Both of my cheeseburgers only had a half piece of cheese. My daughters cheeseburger had a hand full of onions. Attempted to call to inform the manager that their grill person should be informed that he nweds to improve his quality but unfortunately they did not answer. I would appreciate a response and follow-up.
