I didn’t leave a review a month ago but since the same thing happened today, I had to. We got the $12 meal. Specifically asked for 4 crinkle fries and 4 horsey sauces and ketchup. Got 6 Arby sauces and no ketchup. It’s just inconvenient because using the drive through is supposed to be quick without having to park then go inside to get sauce and ketchup. I didn’t even bother exchanging the fries because of the line at the counter.
I love the variety of their menu. Food is good.

Arby's offers delicious meals with a relaxing atmosphere. The parking lot might need maintenance, but the food and decor make up for it. A customer enjoyed their beef and cheddar sandwich but was disappointed by missing sauce. The overall experience at Arby's is impressive, with beautiful decorations and attentive staff, making diners feel like they're in a North Pole resort. It's a must-try dining experience that's truly amazing.
