Wendy's Bay City, MI is completely ridiculous. They find it appropriate to block the entire drivethru with their delivery truck. THE WHOLE ENTIRE DRIVETHRU. The doors are locked so you cannot even order your food. I waited 20 minutes for that truck to move. When I finally got to order the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn't wait, that I had not just waited 20 minutes. Lunch time on Friday, guy with nasty facial hair, long hair and no beard/hair net. How is that sanitary?
My daughter and I often go to both Wendy's and we LOVE the food, the prices, the atmosphere, the cleanliness. We eat in when we stop. Cannot complain about any staff we've had. Prices low, Quality high. That will keep these places alive for years to come!!!
