“BEST MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. We stopped here on our way to Traverse City at 1:30pm on 9/28, fries were HOT and FRESH, burgers were made right and FRESH, nuggets were HOT and FRESH. Girls in the windows were nice and helpful. If we could drive 1 1/2 hours from our house to get McDonald’s from this location, WE WOULD!“
“I'm new to this store but it's been lovely. I am a business women who meets with clients at McDonald's and I've started going out of the way to come to this store because of a warm cozy store and plugs if they are needed.“
“Pretty standard McDonald's. It's a little odd that there is no drink machine nor ketchup in the dining area. You have to ask the staff for ketchup packets, which is a challenge to find someone when the kiosks are the dominate way to order. But, could just be the way things are shifting.“
“Basically one Mcdouble is like a Mcdouble anywhere you go. I hate the kiosk ordering making the staff more lazy than usual but it to save time in line but I think it takes people twice as long to order as counter orders. I realize that's not going away but I still don't have to like it. Saying that I still enjoy a nice sit down meal slow sipn eating a nice meal and McD's nice place to do that.“
“(REVIEW EDITED) Whatever problems I had with this place can be forgiven, I'd really push a bonus to the morning people as they have consistently and respectfully gotten my order correct and out without problems or hassle. They also did something very kind for me this most recent visit which I won't mention here but they'll know (Thank you so much!)“
“I ordered a couple of things, and they got everything correct, and didnt miss anything. This mcdonalds is the best I've ever been to, and I've been to so many. The burger i got from here was warm and juicy, and the burgers from mcdonalds are usually NEVER juicy or warm. The fries were salted perfectly, they didnt skimp out on the amount. They also didnt forget the ranch I ordered. Not only that, they gave me TWO ranches. Also, fastest mcdonalds line I've ever been in. Good job to this mcdonalds crew!“
